Privacy Policy
Time Farm helps you focus and grow a virtual farm. This policy describes the information used to provide accounts, save progress, manage purchases and understand how the app works. For support or privacy requests, contact guchenko.n@gmail.com.
Information we use
- Account information: your account identifier, email address and display name, where supplied by you or your sign-in provider. Google or Apple sign-in is handled through the selected provider and Firebase Authentication.
- Your progress: focus session times and durations, selected and earned animals, purchased animals, virtual coin balance, onboarding choices and app preferences. Account progress is stored in Cloud Firestore; some preferences and pending sessions are stored on your device.
- Purchases: product and transaction information, receipts and subscription status used by Apple and RevenueCat to provide Pro and restore purchases. Apple processes payments. Time Farm does not receive your full payment card details.
- Usage information: onboarding steps, paywall views, purchase and restore outcomes, focus session actions, reward outcomes and farm views, together with app version, screen source and variant. Mixpanel receives an app user identifier after sign-in and SDK information such as device, operating system and event time. We do not send email addresses or names to Mixpanel, enable session replay, or enable its automatic event collection.
- Firebase Analytics information: app interactions, an app instance identifier, device and operating system information and approximate geographic information derived by the service. Time Farm does not request GPS location access. IP-based geolocation is disabled in the Mixpanel integration.
- Support correspondence: the issue category, message and optional reply email you choose to submit through the support form, or information you send by email. The form is processed by Google Apps Script and delivered to our support mailbox. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details or information unrelated to your request.
Why we use this information
We use account and progress information to operate the app and synchronize your farm; purchase information to grant and restore paid access; and usage information to find problems and improve onboarding, focus sessions and purchases. Local notifications are optional and use the operating system permission. Live Activities display your current timer on supported devices.
Service providers
Time Farm uses Google Firebase for authentication, cloud storage and analytics, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Mixpanel for product analytics. These providers process information for those services under their own terms and privacy documentation. The Time Farm Mixpanel project is configured for EU data residency. Other providers may process information in other countries. We do not use the app's analytics integration for cross-app advertising tracking or sell your personal information.

Retention and deletion
Account progress is retained to provide your account until you delete it or request deletion. You can request account deletion in the app's account settings. Recent sign-in and a network connection are required. The app removes its known progress collections, authentication account and associated local account state. If deletion is interrupted, the app provides a recovery screen so you can retry.
Deleting your Time Farm account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Purchase records, analytics records, provider backups or records required for accounting, security or legal obligations can have separate retention periods. To request access, correction or deletion of personal information held through these services, email us. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you and coordinate with the relevant service provider.
Your choices
You can turn off reminders in the app and manage notification permission in system settings. You can manage sign-in access with Apple or Google and subscriptions with Apple. Contact us about access, correction, deletion or objections to analytics processing. Rights available to you depend on your location.
Changes
